Payment & Refund Policy

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Depending on the trip, you may pay a deposit at booking with the balance due before departure, or pay in full up front. Deposit amounts and the remaining balance are always shown before you pay.

Remaining balances

Any remaining balance can be paid online through your booking page or at the dock before departure. Bookings with unpaid balances at departure time may be treated as cancelled under the Cancellation Policy.

Refunds

Refunds follow the Cancellation Policy and Weather Policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically settle within 5–10 business days. Booking fees and taxes are refunded proportionally with the refunded amount.
